FAQ
How many photos do I need?
At least 300, but there's no upper limit. More photos with different backgrounds and settings means a better-looking mosaic. You can also mark specific photos as must-use.
How long does it take?
We usually send a preview within 3 business days of receiving your photos. The rest depends on when you send your photos and approve the preview.
Can I choose the main photo?
Yes — you provide the main photo. It's the image that appears from a distance — we recreate it using your tile photos.
What files do I get?
A high-resolution digital file, up to 12,800 × 9,600 px.
How is this different from other mosaic services?
Most services overlay the main photo on top of your tiles, tinting every photo underneath. We use our own AI and algorithms to match each tile by color, tone, texture, and composition — no overlay. With face detection on top of that, every photo keeps its color and every face stays whole.
Can I see a preview first?
Yes. We send a preview before finalizing. If you want changes, just let us know.
How are posters printed and shipped?
Printed in high detail — as a poster, framed poster, or canvas, from 16×20″ (40×50cm) up to A0 — and shipped to your door. Free shipping.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
Most likely not. Where your art is made at a partner near you it arrives with no customs, and digital files never incur any. Some items ship from a partner in another country; for those cross-border orders, import duties or taxes are set by your country and are the recipient's responsibility.
