These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of photographic-mosaic.com (the "Site") operated by Goldilocks Inc. under the trade name Photomosaic Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and Services

We create custom photo mosaic artwork using photos you provide. Our products include:

  • Digital File: A high-resolution digital image of your completed mosaic
  • Poster: A printed poster of your mosaic, shipped to you
  • Framed Poster: A printed poster in a frame (choose size and frame color), shipped ready to hang
  • Canvas: Your mosaic printed on canvas, shipped ready to hang

Every printed product includes the high-resolution digital file.

2. Order Process

  1. Select your product (poster, framed poster, canvas, or digital) and options (size, plus frame color for framed posters)
  2. Complete payment
  3. Upload your photos (100 or more; 300 or more recommended)
  4. We create your mosaic and send a preview for your approval
  5. After approval, we deliver the digital file and/or send the print to production

3. Photo Submissions

  • You must own or have the right to use all photos you submit
  • By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for creating your mosaic artwork
  • We do not claim ownership of your photos
  • We reserve the right to refuse any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates third-party rights

4. Intellectual Property

The completed mosaic artwork is created for your personal use. You may display, print, and share it freely. However, the mosaic creation technology, Site design, and branding remain our intellectual property.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in your local currency where available. Prices include applicable taxes based on your location. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments at the time of order.

6. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Photomosaic Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
