Refund & Return Policy

Each mosaic is a custom-made product created specifically from your photos. All sales are final. No refunds or returns are available.

Preview & Revisions

You will typically receive a mosaic preview within 3 business days of submitting your photos. You may request up to 2 free revision rounds before final approval. Because each mosaic is custom-made to your photos and specifications, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase.

Damaged or Defective Prints

If your poster arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we will reprint and reship at no cost. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@photographic-mosaic.com with photos of the damage.

Lost Shipments

If your poster has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If it cannot be found, we will reprint and reship at no cost.

EU/UK Customers — Right of Withdrawal

Under EU and UK consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, this right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (Article 16(c), Directive 2011/83/EU), nor to digital content once delivery has begun with your express consent. As each mosaic is custom-created from your photos, our products fall under this exemption.
