Digital File (All Regions)

Digital files are delivered electronically — no physical shipping. You will receive a download link by email after your mosaic is approved.

Prints — Availability

Prints (poster, framed poster, and canvas) ship to 227 countries. Each order is produced through our global print-partner network — at a partner near you where possible, otherwise at the nearest available partner.

Production Time

After you approve your mosaic preview, production typically takes 2 to 5 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time

Approximately 6 to 14 business days after production, depending on destination, carrier, and customs processing.

Shipping Cost

Free shipping to 227 countries on all printed products. No additional shipping fees at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Customs & Duties

Most orders are produced at a partner near you and arrive without customs. Some items ship from a partner in another country; for those cross-border shipments, any import duties or taxes are set by your country and are the recipient’s responsibility. Digital files never incur customs.
